  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. We failed our final inspection because of their lack attention to detail, setting back our much anticipated move into our new home. Then in order to rectify the situation and minimize any further delay, I had to drive 45 minutes to their office and then another 45 back to the house so that I could finish doing something they should have done correctly in the first place, giving their customer service rating another 0. The icing on the cake is that I HATE these garage doors; they are the ugliest, cheapest, loudest pieces of junk I have EVER Seen!!! Avoid doing business with this company at all cost and save yourself the headache!
